The most delicious, melt in your mouth biscuit, traditionally called Gateau Napolitaine, also known as Strawberry Shortbread. 

The Napolitaine is a petite shortbread-like pair of biscuits, sandwiched together with a high quality strawberry jam filling and covered in a thin, sweet glaze.  

Dimensions: approx. 4.5cm diameter each.

Napolitaines should be stored at room temp and are best consumed within 2-3 days of pick up. For longer lasting freshness, they can be stored in an airtight container.
